Elemental shaman relic confusion

Hello fellow shamans,

I would like to ask some more expreienced elemental shamans about relic choices, since I have not found my answer yet for this.

Right now my artifact weapon is at 895 il
I am using +52 Electric Discharge (storm) // +48 Lava Imbued (frost) // +45 Firestorm (storm)

and I have possibility, to change +48 Lava Imbued for +52 Protection of the Elements (frost) and +45 Firestorm to +49 Shamanistic Healing (storm) which would totally add me +8 il to my artifact weapon.
But me current relics give +% dmg to my abilities and those 2 relic with higher il will add only some healing and no += dmg to my abilities.

So my question here is. Is it worth to switch to those with higher il to get that +8 il to my weapon and loose some %dmg from abilities, or should I keep it as it is atm?

Just beware that this is designed for the icefury build for next patch, not what's currently live.

You can also probably sim it, but that may be more hassle than it's worth to you.

So the ele talent tree is getting an overhaul? I ask because the current talents dont match up.
