You know? A full rework. Your Frostbolts and Flurry would give your enemy a stackable debuff [up to 5]. Progressively as it stacks, the movement is slowed, the frost damage is increased, and at 5 stacks the target is fully frozen for 4s and you are able to launch your icicles at its maximum potential, however once you use your icicles the debuff is gone(Talents can adjust this many ways. Ex. A talent could make it so iciciles doesnt consume debuff or resets it to 3 stacks].

There's no practical way to make a WoW class behave like an FPS character.
Especially an FPS character who has three damaging abilities, one of which is not used for its damage.
