Mod Notes

This will be a Power Role Madness Game and can scale to any size. Everyone will have some sort of power, good, bad, mediocre, or just plain useless. But since everyone is a dysfunctional item they all have drawbacks. It might be a prerequisite to use the power, it might be some sort of RNG, it might be an unwanted consequence, a combination of issues, or something even more sinister. Days will last around 48 hours and nights around 24 hours, however as mod I have a dysfunction as well and that might shorten or extend based on what fate (a dice roll) tells me at the start of each phase.


The Island of Misfit Toys

Many years ago Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer came to the rescue and brought all of the misfit toys out of exile and loaded them into Santa’s bag. As years have gone by though, many toys that were played with and tossed aside have found their way to the island. Similarly, quick fad toys that only lasted one holiday season started appearing. Novelty gifts that no one really wanted joined them. Plus the toy ideas that never made it onto the manufacturing line had nowhere else to go.

The island has been filling up and since no one is coming to their rescue it is up to them to find their way off and back into the hands of children. But…not everyone wants these items to find their way back into the mainstream.
