Binders Full of Tauren is a semi-casual progression focused guild. we're semi-casual b/c we raid two nights a week (Mon/Thurs 5:45-7:30 Mountain Time). We're progression focused b/c we care about defeating challenging content. We strive to raid efficiently, down bosses, get loot, have fun - in a lighthearted, casual atmosphere. A lot of our raiders come from varying servers and backgrounds, but most of us used to participate in the hardcore raiding scene - and as the usual story goes, we got older, we left school, maybe got married, have full time jobs, and we have less time - but we still care about progression and challenging ourselves.

Right now, we have about 15 dedicated raiders and we need more to get into mythics. We've been 7/7 Heroic EN and 3/3 N ToV for a while and we're looking to expand our roster so we can progress further.

We expect you to be a mature raider that can handle criticism but isn't so self serious that you can't laugh or joke around with us. fun = downing bosses and laughing while doing so.

We will trial you for a period of a week. don't expect gear during that time. nothing personal, but we'd rather not see gear walking away from the raid.

Loot
We have a modified loot council system. basically we let people roll for loot. if we have tier loot or high-value trinkets on the line, we will choose who gets to roll.

We expect applicants to be at least 860+ ilvl and be AOTC or close. We expect all players to know their classes. We aren't here to hold a clinic. We like to keep raids efficient, which means knowing the fights. Come prepared.
