Why is SIMC being all strange!?

Hi all!

I am trying to do something as simple as using /simc in game on my character.

So I go into Balance spec. Set all my gear up. type /simc..... And get a fucking Feral logg!

WHY!?!? I am tearing my hair out. There must be a simple reason but why the fuck is it not simming the spec I am in!???

Since I don't run a druid, excuse me if this question is stupid (after all, having what amounts to 4 specs kinda makes you all a little alien to the rest of us) is the artifact weapon you have equipped the same as the feral weapon? I notice that mine pops up whenever I use my /simc maybe it uses the weapon equipped to determine spec?

(I'm just shooting from the hip and guessing here and I'm probably way off, but usually when I solve a complicated problem that's driving other people nuts, I tend to feel that way)

Dang... sorry, got nothing then.

Just ran it last night on my Shaman, Lock, and DK and didn't run into any issues on any of them. :-(
