People try to cheese metters all the time it is one way logs are limited in their usefulness unless you dig deeper. Im sure there are some awful llayers in the bottom 20 on normal try to pad their numbers. It isn't something only top players do, they jusyt do it much better because they understand whats going on.

because of ilvl upgrades fire mages are going to have like 70% crit or somthing ( without nerfs ) ... so its needed.imo

I wouldn't say it required a nerf when we aren't even a top 5 dps spec even with optimal legendaries
