    So you fundamentally agree that not one branch of the federal government in fact reflects popular will?

    Democrats had the popular vote for the White House and the Senate, but got less representation. In the last election they had the popular vote for the House too but got significantly less representation for those votes. There's no question the majority of Americans voting are Democrat. They just get less representation in government is all.
