I have my target in sight, the cross-hair is on them, but instead of going forward I'll instead fly backwards to someone behind me. Do you guys experience this? Its REALLY annoying and this happening usually means death for me :/

Go into Mercy's control options and uncheck it for preferring your beam target. Then it will work properly with whoever you target and not just who you are beaming.

I don't know why it isn't turned off by default, I think maybe a patch enabled it or something. Unchecking it enables Mercy god mode. Originally Posted by Reklia
