Can anyone identify this staff?

So I was doing the world quest with the partying vrykul in Stormheim, when I noticed one of them, Joel of the Cliffs, has a pretty cool staff that I can't find.

Does anyone know if this staff exists elsewhere in game, and if so, what the name is?

Check your appearances tab and look for it. If it's not in there it's not (likely) available to players

Just checked through all the staff models, not there i'm afraid. A shame though, it does look cool.

Yeah, a quick skim over of all the staff and polearm models, and I have to agree. About 99.9% sure that's a model not available to players. It is a rather interesting one, though.

I don't know how up-to-date Icy Vein's transmog lists are, but couldn't find it there either.

Doesn't one of the mini-bosses in Halls of Valor also have this? I think it is the bubble guy that is with the Valkarie boss.

Almost all the Vrykul sages have it. In general; the vrykul have a lot of unique npc gear, like weapons, armor and such.
