Why so much hate towards people who want their meat well done?

So much hate on Ketchup, I hate tomatoes, but I love ketchup, put it on anything and everything. Ketchup = #1 universal condiment in my book.

I recently read a book about restaurants, and the writer said that ketchup is really the ( unknown ) secret ingredient in many dishes. So I asked my friend who is the manager at an Indian restaurant if he knew of this.... he said they use it in his restaurant too.
