Icy veins is out dated. Belt is king now and in 7.1

First question: what's your third? Aggramar's is great for a lot of M+ situations, and for high-target-swap requirements like Odyn/Cenarius. I use belt/bracers when I'm reasonably static in place, and boots/bracers when I'm expecting a lot of movement requirement.

I'd imagine Sephuz is similar, but needing adds (if you can consistently interrupt/stun it'll get a lot of value).

Best is the worst legendary you can have with current build. Frozen pulse is really important and that item is just destroying it. Wrist + the new sindragosa will be bis for mythic+ and I think head can be really nice with the new change.
