Best spec for 7.1.5 ???

Hi mages, my mage is 107 level and when 7.1.5 comes out then ill be 110, which spec do you think will be best for raiding and pve content????

i found this sim for 7.1.5 but i dont know if its correct, shows that Arcane is best, followed by Frost.

Really I think that's what most people want, the ability to play whatever spec they like to play and not be a drain on the group they are playing with. The only time that would be bad is if all 3 specs stunk equally.
