So there are a lot of new and changed PvP talents for both specs.
Some of them are quite confusing...
What about the new Malorne's swiftness? How to understand the second part?
- Does that mean we also have 100% run speed in BGs?
- How does this affect current Travel form speed in non BGs / open world?
The way I read it it means that you move at 150% speed in Battlegrounds/Arenas instead of 130% (as it is now). You also can't be reduced below 100% speed, while currently you are reduce to 65% for example if you are hit by a 50% snare.
In open world it should be something like this:
- you move at 130% speed when you enter travel form from being in PvE combat
- you move at 150% speed when you enter travel form from being in PvP combat
- you move at 200% speed when you enter travel form from out of combat (if you have the glyph)
I think for Ferals Savage Momentum will be the better choice in most cases, unless you run flags in BGs.
For Guardian it has to be seen if Master Shapeshifter allows you to deal significant damage in cat form.
An interesting new talent coming in the patch is Earthen Grasp. It makes roots a very good tool to lock out DPS, being non-dispellable AND giving 80% miss rate.
