Server: Stormrage PvE - Exceptional cross server applicants considered, but same server applicants preferred
Raid Type: Heroic Flex
Current Tier Progression: 10/10N, 9/10H

Recruitment Needs: Active and exceptional DPS and Healers. Capable off-specs are a plus. All exceptional players regardless of class and role may be considered.

<Evenfall> is seeking active players who love all aspects raiding without the hardcore schedule. Loot should be viewed as an added bonus. Our current focus is enjoyment while knocking out heroic content. We also have a strong focus on M+ dungeon farming for character progression. Decisions within the guild in regards to raid destinations, raid composition and loot are made as a guild. If a solid roster for Mythic raids is reached we consider making the transition.

We maintain a drama free atmosphere inside and out. Members are expected to be respectful and courteous to all players regardless of their guild tag in order to maintain a positive viewpoint within the community. This expectancy extends to forum posts and PuG raids/groups. We strive to behave professionally while leaving a light footprint in the WoW community.

Expectations:

• Be competitive while maintaining brain cells. Warcraft Logs rankings are great, but standing in fire to get them is not! Poor raid performance will lead to you being replaced if not fixed.
• Be reliable. Show up to raid on time and ready to pull with consumables ready for the entire night. If you are unable to commit to our schedule consider looking elsewhere. If you are unable to make a raid please let us know prior to the raid so we can plan ahead.
• Ability to accept AND offer constructive criticism. We all make mistakes and we all notice these mistakes. It's nothing personal, so accept the criticism graciously and fix the issue.
• No Drama. This is self explanatory. Our no drama policy is there for a reason and it is enforced. Joking around and having a good time is great, but don't be a malicious jerk.
• Have a headset and microphone. While we don't expect you to talk our ears off we do expect you to have the means of communicating during high pressure moments in an encounter.
