Freezing trap seems to break on dmg with Waylay

What am I missing? I freeze then unload and it breaks.

are you waiting 2 seconds before the trap is activated?

yes I am I believe will go back and validate

brutally disappointed in clunky waylay why not just let it give the benefit without the 2 second nonsense

you can see a circle appears to change around the trap after the 2 seconds have lapsed.
