Goombas /ˈɡuːmbɑː/, known in Japan as Kuribo (クリ*ー Kuribō ?, [ku͍.ɽi.boː]), are a species of sentient mushrooms from Nintendo's Mario franchise. They first appeared in the NES video game Super Mario Bros. as the first enemy players encounter.

Traditional Goomba.
Nothing special, and even though I dislike how he is somehow 3 dimensional, I remember seeing him in a gaming magazine as 2 dimensional, same pose.
