Need some advice on brawler's guild last boss

Im stuck in Ray D. Tear18 for some time...
I manage to survive pretty much everything, but i die at the 2mn enrage, and i cant do more then 500k dps...wiped at 3% more then 2 times, and im starting to wonder if its best just to go try and get a 2nd leg and return later...
Im pre potting both brawler and normal popp, drums, flask and rune
I changes my spec several times but the current Mp/ap seems to be the best one
I have a 855 thirathons but the 885 faulty does more dmg even if i use thirathon twice
Should i save drums for higher execute phase due to having zoldycks?
Im clueless and got so tired i keep messing up in basic stuff...

I did it with 610k dps.. All u need is abit more gear and u are fine

Are you using your Vanish/Rupture? If you do it quickly enough you won't get ported out of the fight.

Are you double potting as well? You can pop both your potion (one before you see the boss and one RIGHT when you see him) and at the one minute mark you should be able to double pot again. That should help you make up the DPS.

I did it with 540k dps
Changed to deeper strat and prepoted old war+ brawler popp
