Glad to see Terminator 2 show up. I just rewatched that a few months ago and think it still holds up today. Best Terminator imho.
I'd throw in the tower lobby scene from The Matrix, and the Matrix in general, as something I haven't seen mentioned yet. I haven't seen it in some time, so I'm not sure how much it holds up.
For taking what should have been an epic moment and screwing it up, I'd give that to Batman vs Superman and Wonder Woman's full costume intro. If they had not blown that during the endless trailers, and had simply hinted "she's in it, like Fury in the first few Marvel movies, behind the scenes" and let it be, then had it as it was, teased throughout the whole movie, thought to be "oh she's a passive observer", then do that entry. Definitely would have been epic. I knew it was coming and the scene gave me chills (and got a lot of cheers from the audience) but knowing something as big as Wonder Woman's first cinematic appearance was coming took a bit of the wind out of the sails.

While the whole movie was epic, this scene really got to me. I was even more stunned after learning it wasn't done via CGI.
And then there is the rare moment where an early scene is the best scene in the movie.

Inception ending hands down. The music, the acting (when leo wake up), the very end when it shows the Spinning top and we don't know if he really left the dream or if he is still there.
My second close would be the water planet in interstelar. I got on the edge of my sit the whole scene. It was like i was there with them exploring another planet for the first time.
