About us;
XII is a social raiding guild that has been actively raiding since Deathwing and is looking to take a more serious side of raiding this expansion!

*** We are accepting most classes at the moment to bolster the roster and enable for a smooth transitions into a 20man team. but high priority include Rdruid, Mage, Balance druid and a Prot warrior. ***

(at this point you need to be at least 860 ilevel and have EN - ToV experience to come in as a trial raider. Exceptional players are always welcome to come as socials until ready to raid or for the environment.)

As a guild we provide a good environment of people with many socials and raiders being long term members of the guild due to its 'community' it offers. The raid team also provides a fun raiding environment that can get its work done when needed. ATM we are 7/7 HC and 3/3 N Once we hit 20+ solid players we are aiming for mythics.

The raid team has recently been turned into a more progression based guild with a change of raid leaders who have had vast previous progression raiding and are looking to take the guild to further progression.

Players offer a wide range of skill levels which can aid when progressing in raids as many have ways of suggesting ways of improving the raid and how we do things in order to achieve the goal of progression.

We use Teamspeak 3 for communication and at current there is a guild website being designed to allow for communication socially and recruiting when finished.

What we expect from you:

- Get your enchants,gems,food,flasks and potions before raids.
- Be prepared to potentially have to fight for your position in the raid
- Know the ins and outs of tactics and how you can get the 'edge'
- Being on Teamspeak 3 during raids is vital, even if you don't want to talk or you're getting a new microphone soon you'd be missing out on all the banter.

What we provide:

-Repair bills on raid nights
-In the process of making it so flasks, food, gems and enchants are provided for raiders
- A working loot council to provide the gear is going to the right places in terms of progression
-A friendly non-toxic raiding environment

We raid on Thursday and Sundays.
On Thursday we start at 20:00 to 23:00 Realm time
On Sundays we Start at 20:00 to 23:00 Realm time
We also run alt runs on Saturday 20:00 to 23:00 which all guildies and alts are invited to.
