Impending doom vs Improved Dreadstalkers

With the recent hotfix to impending doom, now it deals the damage correctly.
My question is, if i got the legendary belt, will be worth to pickup Impending doom instead Improved Dreadstalkers?

Depends what you are fighting, Doom only works for raids and mythic+
