As far as I know it only has a haste breakpoint (at 1800; https://www.altered-time.com/forum/v...php?f=4&t=2611). But I haven't played the game for months so wait for others' replies

i think it's like 97% so basically no

stat weights fluctuate though and you may end up w/ crit no longer #1 sometime before then

There isn't enough crit in this world (of warcraft) for me. In addition to more damage crit also gives us more pyroblasts, which give us more damage. Crit also gives us more pyretic, which while now nerfed, gives us more damage.

Crit scales, therefore, slightly exponentially for us. And the point at which we will no longer desire it... still doesn't happen even with combustion active.
