Transmog other weapons into your Artifact Weapon?

I want to be able to transmog my warriors arms artifact wep into the fury artifact wep, is this possible as its not showing in my wardrobe as an option?

No, the artifact weapon isn't an appearance as of right now. Maybe in the future.

Blizz wants to make it possible for future weapons in future expansions to look like our artifacts, but right now, we're limited to old weapons of the same type or current skins for each artifact. No crossmogging.
