Frost crit cap

Is it true that now frost mage need to reach a cap or 33% crit before going into haste pieces? I use the thermal void build and it always said that I should priorice haste over crit and versatility because it scales better. I don´t now if this change is due to 7.1.5 or not but ive seen this in many places and I don´t know what to do.

Even prior to 7.1.5 reaching 33.33% crit should've been priority with thermal void.

Sims always placed crit far over the rest for me until 33+% crit and then haste would take over.

Crit to 33% > Int > Versatility > Haste

Just don't let haste get below 20%
