Mage 7.2 Tier set?

At BlizzCon we were told that the tier sets in 7.2 will be based of tier 6. This guy's armor looks an awful lot like t6, but to my knowledge its unobtainable in-game. His name is Invoker Threadgold btw and he's chilling at the mage hall's dummies.
