I finally unlocked Boon of the Nether and from what i can tell it seems to drop shit from the other boons. It certainly isn't worth 50 coins since Bloodhunter is superior for the resources. Will do more grinding and see if there is something else to it.

I had 42 before the patch by simply grinding HC dungeons mainly.
