Brawler Guild Shirts. Bugged?

Hi

I am working on Brawler guild, to finish everything there is to do down there. From what I understand, 4 of the random bosses drop shirts.

One from Bruce, one from the giraffe, one from Goredome (I think it was him) and one from Hexos.

As Hexos seems bugged I haven't done him yet.

But I killed the Giraffe and Goredome (I can't remember the name of the mob, think it's him, but I'm 100% sure I killed the shirt mob anyway) many times and I didn't get the shirts.

I got one shirt on my first Bruce.

Some friends say the shirt should be 100%. Is he wrong? Is the shirt a low chance? Or has this bugged for me?

But it didn't for me? I didn't get the special bags. The giraffe and the other mob dropped regular rare-mob bags for me

there are two types of bruce, mecha bruce and the normal one

I had to get giraffe a second time to get the bag wit the shirt in. Haven't got hexos one yet.

All the others were first time. I assume it's meant to be 100% but being a bit buggy.

Seems to be that the correct bag is not 100%...

Took me 3 additional giraffe and 1 extra gore kills for them to drop the right bag.

100% drop rate from the correct bag, sure. It's worth noting that the correct bag is not assured, at least for some of them. Seems like 25% chance or so.

I just got Bruce in the random, got the shirt.

Got the other ones, besides Hexos, shirts on the first kill.

Did Goredome twice, no shirt in bag.
