SimCraft - Questions

I'm using SimCraft to get the stats for my Havoc DH.

These are the settings of SimCraft:
- Enable Scaling: Yes
- Center Scale Delta: YES OR NO?
- Scale over: DPS
- Stats to scale: Agility, Crit, Haste, Mastery, Versatility

Two questions:
1. Any other settings?
2. Should I turn "Center Scale Delta" to yes or no? What's the difference?

Don't use the GUI scaling options.

just add this to the end of your Profile.

calculate_scale_factors=1
scale_agility=2000
scale_mastery_rating=10000
scale_crit_rating=10000
scale_haste_rating=10000
scale_versatility_rating=10000
