Resto legendary pick (I don't know what to pick)

Hello guys, this is my armory

I just got ekowraith legendary from the emissary chest ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=137015/e...ator-of-worlds ) and now I don't know which one to pick or how to rotate.
So confused because chest gives me direct HPS boost because of intellect bonus, but on the other hand effect is really poor.
Other 2 legendaries are inferior but effects are incredible (that swiftmend/cw tank combo is really insane and I like the ring procs as well).
So what do you advice me? Thank you.

you always keep tearstone.

940 eko vs 910 bracers might be interesting but as soon as you get it to 940 just go with the bracers I think.

M+ I'd say wrists, Raids I'd go with chest.

Ekowraith is better than tearstone for M+. wrists > chest > ring for dungeons.
