Nighthold Zoning Issues

Currently cannot raid with my guild because every time I get summoned, even though I am summoned to where they are, I am in a different zoning phase and so I cannot see them. In addition, all of the adds and bosses are gone from the raid, and when I run out of the raid I am teleported to the top of the Nighthold where the nightwell is. Anyone else have this problem? I cleared 10/10 normal last night so maybe that's messing with it...? But I am not even the raid leader so it's not my lockout.

Finish quest with nightwell, go out, leave group and reset instances.
