Do you follow it to a T, take it with a grain of salt, or just wing it? I don't perfectly follow everything for Ret for example but it got me wondering if or how many others also do so for their respective class/spec for either casual or progression raiding.

celestion just called people who do not play the best spec noobs because in average they are over 50% worse than their potential. IN AVERAGE! They drag their potential down from 70 to 50%.
