Underperforming resto druid seeking advice

Hey guys im a new resto druid first playing in this expansion and i cant help but feel that im just underperforming. I was wondering if someone could help me look for ways to improve. Here is the last logs i could find.

You're not doing a lot of casting... you should try to get Drape of Shame from kz, and you should do more casting. Work on WG uptime, and lifebloom uptime for sure.
