after using SEF you can press it again to make your spirits jump on your current target. I was wondering if there are any downsides to macro'ing 'Storm, Earth and Fire: Fixate' into every ability (Rising Sun Kick, Tiger Palm etc.) so that no matter what target you hit your clones would always be on your target.
I have done this and I haven't experienced any noticeable problems...yet. If any of you guys know if there is a downside to spamming 'Storm, Earth and Fire: Fixate' while doing your normal rotation, please let me know here!

I assume you'll lose out on how many SCK debuffs you land on different targets.

okay, yes I can achieve the same in different ways and I will only do max single target damage...but has anyone experienced actual downsides to this yet? like delay in your normal rotation because of SEF: Fixate spam?

Re using the skill means 1 more global cooldown which is pretty stupid if you use it everytime after one skill.

haven't looked recently but I believe re-focusing is off the gcd.

One downside would be SEF is on CD always....
Last mob before a boss sucks to be you SEF just became ready with another stack still recharging
