    Boxer briefs of course. You get the best of both worlds. Not super tight like briefs, just enough slack but support to keep all your giblets in order.

    On men, I prefer boxers... Briefs generally don't look good on men, in my opinion.

    Boxers normally. But in winter I go with briefs cause the extra clothe boxers have tends to wad up in your space age synthetic long johns. Briefs are out of the way and form fitting.

    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day
