Your favorite "not the same old" party appetizers?

We have lots of parties in my neighborhood. Good times.... but we must have some terrible cooks, because they make the exact same thing every single time. We get Buffalo Chicken Dip, taco dip, guacamole, Cowboy Dip........ I. on the other hand like to make something different every single time, and this is my new favorite, which I will be making for a party in February.

These are a favorite of mine but they can be pretty spicy if you fail to remove all the seeds.
