Demonology and nighthold drop

Hello,
I checked this guide Legion-Not-s-Demonology-Guide also some other guides and they all suggest to take the nighthold set called Legacy of Azj'Aqir.

What I dont get is, everybody says these are the stats weights:

Haste
Intellect
Critical Strike
Mastery
Versatility

But I have noticed Azj'Aqir set for demonology spec gives a lot of mastery and also versatility

Is that alright? Which are the BiS combinations with this set and legendaries?

Guess you missed the bis list in the guide.

if you got the shoulders or the head legendary you take the cloak for tier replacement.
