budget pc upgrade need help

Hi guys ive been playing around with pc parts for a few days now and i am looking to get a decent 1080p build that can run most games on high or ultra if possible. My budget is 900-1100 tops. I will take any build suggestions.

1920/1080 - i could never get used to insane monitor wideness.
Looking for possible high/ultra settings
Rarely do video encoding
Usa
No parts beibg recycled sadly some i am surprised even function thru their dmg/age.
Yes on OS
No need for periphs i was able to upgrade them duribg black friday.

This is a build i just helped a friend get together, one suggestion is maybe dropping to 8gb of ram and getting a 128gb SSD.
after tax this will run right up to around 1050 (assuming you aren't in NY at which point its 1080)
