Unholy DK trinket question/opinion..?

Heya everyone!

I play as Unholy DK and running a mastery build (16C/20.5H/74M).
I am aware that the 2 best trinkets for Unholy atm are "Draught of Souls" and "Entwined Elemental Foci".

Downed Krosus HC an hour ago and the trinket "Might of Krosus" dropped at ilvl 890 + socket.
So here is the question..
Is it worth it / better than an "Entwined Elemental Foci (875 or same as MoK)" ?
(I have read about the issue of MoK and also about the hotfix for it..)

As for Draught of Souls..
As far as I know, once I get it it is gonna stay there and not be moved for a while :P

Currently have MoK 890+Sckt and Ethereal Urn 880..

e.g. Oh wait.. they share CD for the use? ( If that is the case then DoS and EEF I guess)
