Post Building a PC soon to replace my 7 year old Bloomfield

Looking to put together a new computer soon to replace my aging Bloomfield one. I want something that will be a solid gaming machine for at least the next 5 years (or longer, I can hope!). I probably won't overclock the CPU, or if I do it will be a very conservative overclock. Longevity of components is more important to me than getting maximum power but risking something burning out in the long run. Any suggestions on this part list? The power supply in particular I'm not sure about, just copied what was listed under the Unicorn build of the month here.

The 1070 video card and the Samsung 850 SSD are already in my old PC as I needed to do emergency replacements when the previous components died on me last year, and I decided to buy-up at the time with the expectation of moving them over to a new Kaby Lake build later.

The M.2 SSD is to be for windows and a few of my most played games (like WoW, Overwatch, etc)
The 850 Pro for my Steam and Origin libraries as well as any other programs.
The traditional hard drive for storage: pictures, documents, video, music, porn, etc.

I changed the SSD's as the intel 600p are on the slower side and you don't need an 850 PRO

He already has the 850 Pro.

I don't see the need for a second SSD, if 512 is enough for everything (Is it?)

Is money an issue? A couple hundred bucks could probably be shaved off this system with no performance problems.

Yeah, I was excited about the prospect of running a NVMe hard drive, but am now starting to think it's not worth buying a second SSD just for that (at least not yet).

Instead of having 2 ssd's why dont you just get a 1tb. (unless theres a sale going on then it makes sense)
