Started playing again, where's the Quest Objective update text gone?

Hi, I've tried MSBT and now the XCT addon for combat text etc. I remember in WOD and before we used to get Quest Objective updates in the middle of the screen just about when you kill a quest mob or get something for a quest. I can't seem to find how to get that back, is there a way? Thanks!

Edit: I fixed this with the addon Quester, but thought it was default behavior before!
