Sunday alt/social/fun raids 20:30 - 23:30 (server time) - normal/heroics/sometimes achievement runs, we do what is needed and wanted the most by our peeps.
RAIDING NIGHTHOLD WITH US - CURRENT ANSWER TO IMPORTANT QUESTIONS – (NEW UPDATES AS WE PROGRESS THROUGH TIME & SPACE)
Wednesday and Thursdays we are using to progress in Heroic. These main Raids will require a minimum equipped iLVL of 870+ so you can join in both Wed & Thurs. Sunday is normal clear or other random raids depends on the mood and what people want.
Potions (please pre-pot), Flasks, Food (we accept the +300 stat level or better), Enchants (Rings, Neck and Back Legion Level), Gemmed Gear and Tombs for respeccing during raids are all needed equipment by all of us.
We ask all members – trials included – to provide a list of their best in slot items on our forums (in the forum called "Raider Best in Slots".
Trials periods are on average 8 main raids in length (not counting sat raids), depending on the individual and the circumstances thereof. It is true it doesn't take us weeks to learn if a person can raid to our standard or not, however there's also the period of finding out if the trial really wants to stick around, as well as getting an idea of the person as a person, and whether or not they are bringing something positive to the guild beyond just raiding. So it works for us.
I WANT TO RAID FULL-TIME BUT: I AM NEW TO RAIDING/I AM SHY/I FIND THIS CONFUSING MUCH!
The good news is there is a 100% chance you'll make mistakes and get embarrassed (and remember it at 2am when you try to drop off to sleep and remember it at 7am when you first wake up, for years after until your inevitable death), so welcome to the club. Now you know that it will happen at some point, you can stop worrying about if it will happens, because it will happen.
Our whole point as Guildies is to have fun together, be supportive with good advices etc, and generally not be dicks to each other while doing so. Look, one of the worst things that can happen is you trial with us but just suck horribly at raiding progress – if you're a decent person and like it here you can always chill with us a social raider or social member, and maybe try again later once you feel more confident.
You are also free to join as a social, or a social raider, and eventually apply to raid as a raider when you feel right about it – if we have the space in the raid to let you trial we'll let you trial.
Full-Time Raider – Meets all the full-time raider requirements.
Social Raider – Someone who can raid and meet the requirements for raiding except, maybe they only want to do Sunday raids, or are happy to join a main raid once in a while if we have the space and they have the time.
Social – Someone who doesn't really want to raid, or if they do join the odd normal Sunday raid or what-have-you.
SUNDAY RAIDS ARE OPTIONAL
The mode and content chosen for the evening is based on what suits most attendees be it normal, heroic or achievement raiding. Sunday raids involve content that is not considered progress (with the one exception of last Sunday 15/01/17 when we killed Mythic Xavius on a Sunday for our Cutting Edge Achievement but since it was optional and included both social and full-time

At the moment we're mainly looking for Ranged DPS (Any Class) maybe 1 more melee but would need to have something special to offer
we're stable on tanks and healers at this moment in time so really just the deeps we're after

Last night was one of the best raids we've had the vibe the momentum the singing (Fair enough that got weird) just good time

Progressed with 19 people due to DC issues (Stupid Virgin Media) hit enrage got one of our socials to help us out and boom first nighthold mythic kill so that was awsome.
We're looking for DPS as our main prio atm ranged would be better but open to a good melee best to chat
