Qa'pla, Eredun War Order and Killer Cobra

Im BM hunter, ilvl 889.

I have these sweet legendary boots, Qa'pla, Eredun War Order, boots. "Equip: Dire Beast reduces the remaining cooldown on Kill Command by 3.0 sec."

Now i have been playing Killer Cobra talent so far, because it was the biggest DPS boost ever, 2 months ago.

Somehow i feel those 2 abilities diminishes the choice of Killer Cobra a tad, am i right?

I did good parses with WotC and AotB, but now I got yesterday my 4 set and BW is almost constantly up. I think I'll try to swap to killer cobra, not sure thou is Dire Stable better than WotC.

It devalues it a bit, but I think you underestimate how useful it is to KC-DB-KC in a BW window, where you're losing focus pretty hard in a non-AotW BW.

In the opener, yeah, it's a bit wasted.
