Need help to level up Jewcrafting

I am Ench/JC, JC at 761. I am finding really hard to pass that because of the mat prices.

Could you please give me any advice how to reach 800?

Mass prospect? DE crafts? Sell gems?

The last 30 points can only be done with rank 2 and 3 necklaces, which will probably sell below crafting costs; there is no other way...except waiting for every darkmoon faire and doing the +5 skillup quest.

Wait for 8 months darkmoon faire. That's what I do, seriously.
Buying the handful of saber's eyes you need from the AH is significantly cheaper than to invest hundreds of thousands of gold into creating necklaces that are going to be obliterated anyway.

Gathering Alt. Get mining on at least one character. There's a reason why dual crafting has never been easy if you don't use alts.
