Real quick UI question

How do i remove this energy bar thing, it just appeared out of nowhere i assume its blizzard or one of my addon's default settings but i can't figure out which, any idea?

That is part of the Blizzard PLAYER nameplate. To disable it: Interface -> Names -> Unit Nameplates -> untick Personal Resource Display

Edit: if you are using Elvui, its disables the Blizzard version and uses one of its own. To disable it look in the Elvui settings: nameplates > player nameplate > disable
