Balance and the 2 set from CoS/Arcway, question

Hey everyone, first of all sorry of this is somewhere i could read.

But i just obtained the 2 set from Arc/CoS after months :P

[Guileful Intruder Handguards]885 ilvl + [Tunnel Trudger Footguards]880 ilvl

I will be dropping 5 ilvl on glooves (890) and 20 ilvls on my boots, since I had [Stutterstep Treads] 900 tons of haste and socket

according to pawn a 27% upgrade

My main question is, is the 2 set so strong that its worth to drop that much ilvl? (3000 mastery proc) seems to proc alot 30% uptime

I saw some endgame balance druids doing it at least. But I am not sure and some extra information or a confirmation is welcome

So far i have the impression its worth it.

Meanwhile I allways try to keep farming for a higher ilvl offc, but you need to be very lucky :P

The set bonus is worth roughly 20 ilvls on both slots, but if you want to be certain then you're always best off using simcraft to compare the 2 sets.
