January and February are the worst for me personally.

How do you intend to reach them?

Anything holding you back?

My aims are simply to step up the exercise intensity and take my sports to the next level (Football and Tennis). I want to get to increase my speed, stamina and explosiveness. Hopefully, strengthen by legs a bit too. Lose a bit of body fat after a month of binge eating.

I've had 3 weeks of doing zero exercise, but have all I need to get back into things this week.

Unfortunately, junk food is my weakness. That Papa Johns / Ben and Jerry weekends have to stop. At least for the time being.

If you're reading this, you can literally achieve anything you want. Just circle a date in your calendar. Tell yourself you need to improve / lose weight at least a little bit by this date. If you do it - well done. Now do it again, and again, and again.
