    New Graphics Card

Trying to figure out which card to get, the cost is not an issue.

So from these, which is best? I want a card that will last 3+ years (Ultra setting on even newest games, RE 7, Conan Exiles)

What's your monitor resolution/hz? 1080 might be overkill.

Normally play 1920 x 1080, 60hz, however will be getting a newer monitor soon enough. (maybe 4k some day)

    If you're getting 1440p 60hz, 1070 is enough.
Don't get a "Founders Edition" card. Reference turbine coolers are bad. And noisy.

Thanks for reply , however out of the 3 above tho. Which would be a good pick for a few years to come?

No telling what the future may hold. They are all 1080s though, so can likely all be OCed to achieve the same results, barring the Founders Edition as it's cooling is stock and sucks pretty bad. For the other two, not going to be any huge differences between them honestly. They are both 1080s, which is currently the strongest single card you can get. There is not anything out there that is really going to be better than it. That does not mean it's gonna play games that come out 2+ years from now at 4k though.

The 2nd and 3rd 1080 should run almost identically. Asuming you plan on overclocking to prolong thier life/performance it will largely come down to the silicon lottery of which one would be stable at the higher overclock. And even then the difference would be minimal. If I were to pick between the two I would just buy whichever one is on sale at the moment.

I would advise a regular air cooled one, the 2nd one you linked you need to have your own watercooling loop and add the card to it, the third one comes with an aio watercooler.

These cards already run pretty cool on air so I don't see the need for watercooling unless you want to overclock them hard, even so you will still be limited by the silicon lottery.
