900 Crit haste legs vs 880 mast haste legs (prot)

if i go with the Crit legs i will have to change some enchants so ill still have around 30 % haste. so im wondering if its worth swapping for the extra stam and str and ofc the parry from the crit.

In my opinion, yes, the sheer str/sta gain is quite huge when jumping 20 ilvls, especially on a piece like legs.
