Best-in-Slot for BoS Spec?

Has anyone come across a quality list of the BiS list for BoS? Icy-Veins (I know some people don't like it) usually lists some of the BIS items, but I think they bypassed Frost because of all of the variables.

Warforged / Titanforged / Sockets pretty much make a BiS list invalid.

more importantly than a mythical +Socket +Speed 925 set of gear in everyslot its better to aim for

30% crit
20-25% haste
30% mastery

Pretty sure if you get all that gear you will have the stats you mentioned.

I don't even have any T19 proced (the only one in my raid :'( feelbad)

You don't need a bis list because item level wins every time regardless of the stats

Just equip the gear that gives you the highest ilvl while maintaining your setbonuses, all you need is a trinket sim list and that's available in discord
