About us:
Anomaly established in April 2016 with the goal of clearing Mythic Hellfire Citadel as fast as possible, We achieved our goal in just 3 months, prior to the Legion pre-patch. Now we move on to Legion with our engines on full power.
We are a laid back group of players from all around the world, that are looking for other skilled and friendly players to clear new content as soon as it is released.
Outside of raid times you can find groups willing to run Mythic+, PvP and many other forms of content available. We are a highly social guild and everyone is here for the members around them, not just for themselves.
From us you can expect a leadership where every officer has a specific role and is dedicated to making sure nothing will slow progression or negatively impact the atmosphere of our raids.

About Us
Ooken Dookers is a mythic progression raiding guild located on US-Thrall. The guild has been around since mid-Wrath, with some of the members having raided and played together since Vanilla/BC. The guild was created with one goal in mind: to be a competitive end-game content progression guild while also allowing members to pursue real life endeavors. We believe that in order to be a high level and successful raiding guild, members possess an innate competitiveness to push themselves to always be the best while also having the competitive maturity to receive feedback to improve their play. While we are generally laid back and are looking to have fun (it is a game after all), we do expect that raiders come prepared and ready to perform your role to the level expected of mythic raiders.
We are open to trials from any player, regardless of competitive raiding background. We have some players where Legion is their first experience in WoW, while others who have played and raided since Vanilla. At the end of the day, if you can show a consistent ability to play your class at a high level it does matter what experiences you may or may not have. In the same vein, it doesn’t matter if you are able to spend only 2 hours or 8 hours a day on WoW as long as you are able to perform during progression.
While we define ourselves as a 2 day/week raiding guild, in reality a large portion of our members raid 3-4 days a week. That said, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s are strictly used for progression or important farm content while Thursday is typically used for farm content or other objectives (achievements). Friday’s raids are usually not officer led, and are created as normal/alt runs.

CORE SPOT FOR MYTHIC
We are currently focused on quickly establishing a heroic clearing team so that we can move on to mythic raids in Legion. We have all healing and melee DPS roles filled and just need to plug in some great ranged DPS. We are looking for exceptional players with progression raiding experience who know their class and min max there chars.
We raid 2 nights per week and our goal is to progress and clear as much as possible with the time we are allowed. We have high standards and while we understand we are not a world-first pushing guild and while we will work with someone to make them better we do expect strong performance and productivity. We expect you to come prepared for raid being properly informed and knowledgeable of what is to come.

A core raiding group within Insomnia is looking for dedicated players that possess a good learning attitude, while maintaining solid attendance, and a progressive out-of-the-box way of thinking. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, and recognize that it is a game and not a job, and promote fun in a competitive environment.
As the game has grown, so have we. Most of us are currently working professionals and that means that the respect of our raid time is the #1 priority. The guild itself has also slowly transformed into a tight-knit community, and the balance between hardcore heroic raiding with limited raid time is a challenging requirement to meet.

About our raid:
- Raid Times: 7pm PST - 11pm PST Tues, Weds.
- Our roster is aimed to have 20-24 active raiders, the incumbent must have the expectation that progression content involves switching people in or out based on the raid's needs.
About our guild:
- Insomnia was formed back in Blackwing Lair from a merger of the guilds Exiled and Ages.
- We've raided every dungeon and completed all raid content in each expansion in each tier. We are not going anywhere.
- The guild is currently more of a community of players right now rather than a guild focused entirely around raiding.
- Many of our players play other games together outside of WoW as well, a few include Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch, etc.
What's expected of you:
- 90%+ attendance. 1 week notice for absences.
- Self-motivation to do better. Mistakes are fine, but there is no hand-holding, especially in progression content where our limited time is valuable on each and every attempt.
- You must be able to realize when you make a mistake, know what it was, and then be able to not repeat that mistake. I shouldn't have to sift through logs to figure out who screwed up, I'd much rather hear "That's my fault I did _____ wrong, shouldn't happen again".

Precision - Sargeras(7/10M) is looking for more for Nighthold! Sargeras is a very highly populated Alliance server with one of the strongest PvE progression scenes in the US. Precision is fairly new (reformed late HFC), but is committed to competing for #1 among 3-day guilds.
