Yep, many people exploited something to do with vanilla AV back in the day. Can't remember the exploit exactly though.

Back in vanila AVs were giant turtles that lasted sometimes for 18 hours or more....great place to farm HKs as rogue in stealth ...u put on a movie and press a space bar once a minute lol

Auto-invite in BGs were also not given - people got in and started to spam "invite". Sometimes you had 2 different groups cause after a while finally someone started to invite - and another one, too, both to proud to give up their own one.

In Alterac that happened quite often and as long as you did not get invited, no one saw you on the map, too. But even if you were spotted, there was no kick from the BG, only from Party itself. It wasn't too rare that people did increase their fishing skills during Alterac and so on.
